The Madrid Public Library will remain open over the lunch hour staring starting Tuesday, May 30. Library hours are Monday to
Thursday: 9 am to 7 pm
Friday: 9 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday 9 am to 12:00 pm

Madrid Public Library Seeking Silent Auction Donations

The Madrid Public Library will hold its annual silent auction from December 1 to December 8, 2015. Donations of craft items, gift items, toys, new items, gift certificates, or antiques are appreciated and will help the Library enhance the DVD collection.

Library has Record Number of Book Checkouts

Angie Strong, Head Librarian, is excited to announce that the Madrid Public Library had a record number of books checked out in a one-month period in July of 2015. Over 3,200 books were checked out, and previously, there had always been less than 3,000.
