A video tape, produced by MAC, showing what Madrid has to offer is available at the library

Madrid offers a 5 year tax abatement on residential development and 5 years on commercial businesses.
The local option sales tax took effect in 2004. The sales tax fund will be used for community improvement. Money spent in local businesses provides property tax dollars that support our school and city. It also creates new jobs for people in our community and gives them the ability to reinvest their paychecks locally.
Check with local realtors for possible store front office space in the downtown Madrid area for small businesses needing a place to work out of.
